Tailor Made Tours

We can change our regular tour itinerary as par the interest of our valued guests.

Tour Price

All our itineraries are Dhaka to Dhaka basis and quoted prices are inclusive of all transfer, journey, accommodation, meals, sightseeing, parking and bridge tole as indicated in the itinerary.

Accommodation

Accommodation will be provided as per itinerary on twin sharing basis. Anybody requiring single room will have to pay extra cost of single supplement. The standard of the hotel room will however be as described in the itinerary.

Child Discount

Children from 4 to 12 years old will be granted a reduction of 30% of the tour price. Child under 4 years old will be charged only 15% of the tour price. Discount will be offered to maximum of 2- children for each parent.

Deposit & Payment

At the time of a confirm booking of a tour we require a payment of 50% of the tour fee. Without this deposit, we shall not be able to confirm your booking. The rest of the payment must be made 7 (seven) days prior to the start of the tour. If this payment is not done on time, your booking is liable to be cancelled. WE ACCEPT MAJOR CREDIT CARDS.

Cancellation & Refund

If you cancel your tour 7(seven) days prior to the start of the trip only the actual cost incurred by us will be charged. If it is cancelled within less than 4(four) days and more than 3(three) days before the start, 25% of the tour fee will be charged as cancellation fee. If cancellation is done less than 3(three) days and more than 2 days before the start, 50% of the tour fee will be charged as the cancellation fee. If cancelled less than 24 hours before only 25% of the tour fee will be refunded.

Flight Schedule

The itinerary may have to be altered because of changes in domestic flight schedules. We will however try to keep you informed about any such changes when you have bought any of our tours.

Responsibility

In general and under normal situation Golden Bengal Tours will be responsible for the operation of the tours and excursions mentioned in our brochure as per itineraries. However for personal accident, sickness, loss of baggage during the tour, delay or cancellation of air flight, any political problem etc. Golden Bengal Tours shall not be directly responsible but will be responsible to extend all possible help in overcoming those problems. The guests must pay any excess cost incurred due to these problems. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any tour due to lack of minimum numbers of participants.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any tour should condition warrant such action in our opinion. Should this situation arise a full refund will be made. Golden Bengal Tours reserve the right to accept or refuse any participant as a member of the tour.
